Responsibilities
- Provide general IT support across multiple departments.
- Categorise and process service requests via an IT Helpdesk function.
- Maintain and configure an asset database.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems remotely and in person.
- Configuring new hardware and associated software packages.
- Provide systems and software training to internal departments.
- Involvement in cyber security
Key Facts
Title: IT Apprentice
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 4.00pm or 10.00am – 6.00pm (to work both as agreed with Manager)

Ideal Candidate
- Have a keen interest in PC hardware, software and Microsoft packages.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Mature and responsible attitude.
- Be a good communicator.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Minimum A-Level or BTEC qualification but preferably Degree qualified.
- Driving licence essential.
