Consul™ Modular Buildings are available in two standard internal widths at 2.44m and 3.66m and 11 standard size combinations up to 7.32m in length.

If you require a size combination which is not specified below, please take a look at the Glasdon range of custom built modular buildings which include the Beacon™ Large Modular GRP Building and the Warrior™ Modular Steel Building.

Consul™ has been assessed by a third party structural engineering company. It has been tested to and deemed to be compliant with the following building standards which are relevant to the construction type:

Design Features

Choose from two standard internal widths: 2.44m or 3.66m and 11 standard size combinations from 2.44 x 1.22m up to 3.66 x 7.32m internal footprint.
Adaptable design: select the wall configuration from a variety of different standardised 1.2m wide composite modular wall panels including blank, fixed windows, sliding windows, high level windows fixed and opening and a glazed door.
What is this? Consul Panel Options
Time saving: robustly constructed with an aluminium frame and treated softwood timber chassis, the building is structurally rigid and can be transported and off-loaded in its final pre-assembled form.
What is this? Consul Detail Construction
Long service life and minimal repair and maintenance due to corrosion-resistant plastic coated steel-faced external walls, aluminium fascia panels and GRP roof.
Internal suspended ceiling provides a carrier for electrics and light fittings.
Regulated internal temperature: thermal break extrusions and insulated panels help reduce energy costs and create a comfortable working environment. Additional glazing, ventilation and heating options also available. (U = 0.35).
Reduced risk of water damage: internally routed rainwater management system protects against water pooling on the roof and with water resistant membrane constructed into the raised floor.
Personalisation: Vinyl wrap graphics can be fitted to the Consul's Plasticol Steel exterior wall panels and Armortec coated aluminium fascia. The aluminium fascia provides a flush external surface to fit vinyl graphics onto.

5. The first bench showed signs of blue plastic colouring appearing. This was very disappointing as the bench was to be a memorial bench for my parents. However, after sending photos of the defects I was told that the bench would be collected and a replacement would follow. All was done without any quibbles and with great efficiency. I was much impressed with the service given - all staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. A breath of fresh air in this present time. Congratulations.

1. Bit tortuous at times as our requirements especially on the plaque changed during the ordering process. Never quite sure if changes were being logged correctly. 2. Once we had agreed the final specifications delivery was earlier than expected. This was good for us. 3. Recycled material has a close to timber finish and although 6 foot plus long does not look monolithic. At 85kg this should deny all but the most psychopathic of vandals..

This was probably as a result of covid situation but would be nice to deal with one person throughout. 2. The person who delivered the benches was brilliant, polite and a great sense of humour. I was only given information that delivery would be in the next 5 days and was in tescos when he called to say he was at the delivery address. Luckily I could be there quickly but more warning preferred even the day would have been helpful. Also the benches were very heavy and he had no one to help him unload. 3. Very pleased with the product. As I have said i am delighted with the benches and service, each individual I dealt with gave great service too many people involved and more information regarding delivery timing would have been helpful. However all worked out well

Your drivers clearly travel all over the country and we were a stop south just off the M6. 3. You wouldn't believe how happy this bin has made me, not just the amazing colour (orange) and sturdy design but the fact that I can get our factory to recycle all our plastic bags. Winner 4. Didn't need any after sales, but I'm sure it would have been perfect. This type of bin needs to be promoted across all factories as we receive 90% of our parts in plastic bags that on the whole are in branded bags and get cut open, therefore un-re-useable. Let's get the factory nation recycling their plastic bags.
