A Welcome Addition to Farrington Gurney!

The small rural village of Farrington Gurney is situated near the junction of the A37 and A362 in the north east of Somerset, a short drive from Bristol, Bath and Wells.

One of our representatives met with Stefan Chiffers, Area Traffic Engineer for Bath & North East Somerset Council (a recent visitor to our stand at the Traffex exhibition), for a joint project between the Council and Farrington Gurney Parish Council.

An interest was taken in our Glasdon Gateway, a durable, low–maintenance alternative to traditional wooden gates with signs, often used to welcome visitors into towns and villages.

Three Glasdon Gateways have been installed for the parish so far, receiving lots of positive comments from residents and visitors. The Council were that happy with the results, they also issued a press release which featured in the Somerset Guardian.

Whether it's brightening up your village or promoting your business, the Glasdon Gateway sign carrier has a number of uses. Discuss yours today by calling (01253) 600 411, emailing enquiries@glasdon-uk.co.uk, or using the Live Chat feature on this website.
