California Greening!

California State University is the largest four-year school in the United States, with 437,000 students across 23 campuses and 8 off-campus centers. CSU Channel Islands is the newest campus, located in the city of Camarillo.

CSUCI's Facilities Services team is on a continuous drive to improve the school's social, economic and environmental sustainability. Initial targets of 60% of waste being recycled have been hit, and a new bar of 70% has been set.

To help achieve this high recycling rate, CSUCI bought a large number of Nexus® 200 Recycling Containers from Glasdon. The dual-waste bins are clearly marked "Recycle" and "Landfill", and have clear graphics to show what can be recycled.

If you'd like to talk to us about how Glasdon can help you achieve your recycling goals, call us on 01253 600 410, email enquiries@glasdon-uk.co.uk, or use the Live Chat facility on this website.
