The new and improved Beacon Modular Building is a high-quality pre-assembled building system. The new Beacon is perfectly suited for 24/7 working environments such as gatehouses, visitor receptions, toll booths, vehicle check-in kiosks, staff office accommodations, security checkpoints and control centres, plus many more applications.

Same Dependable Design with Built-In Benefits

Like its predecessor, the new and improved Beacon Modular Building delivers the same excellent features as its predecessor, with a few great additions.

The new Beacon is available in 17 size configurations and two standard colours. A natural anodised aluminium framework finish is complemented with ‘Silver’ wall panels, whilst an alternative polyester powder-coated framework is available in Anthracite Grey with matching wall panels to provide a sleek and stylish aesthetic. Both standard finishes have a light grey internal colour pallet with durable vinyl wallpaper and welded sheet vinyl flooring.

The Beacon Modular Building system is assembled from a suite of thermally broken aluminium alloy extrusions, composite floor and wall panels, direct fixed glazing, and proprietary aluminium framed window and door systems. To complement the existing framework, a new aluminium fascia system has been designed and developed in conjunction with the introduction of a Structurally Insulated Panel (SIP) roof system, providing an improved level of thermal performance.

The new Beacon will now feature a weather-resistant pre-finished steel external finish to the insulated composite wall panels, and all windows/doors will be double-glazed as standard. The external envelope is completed by an insulated composite floor panel supported on a preservative-treated timber plinth complete with vapour barrier to the underside. The well-balanced levels of insulation help to control thermal transfer through the structure, reduce the risk of condensation and maintain user comfort for the operatives.

The new Beacon offers a wide selection of interior options, including electrical packages, worktops, cabinets, partitions, sanitaryware and welfare facilities, creating bespoke internal layouts to suit various applications.

Standard panel options include blank walls, fixed and opening windows, horizontal sliding windows, and glazed door arrangements, which allow building layouts to be adapted to the customer and site-specific requirements.

Additional options are also available for a fully customised solution, including ‘Grey’ anti-sun solar control glass, heating, ventilation and air conditioning packages (HVAC) exterior lighting and canopies, and non-standard external finishes to match the customer's corporate colour schemes, all competitively priced accordingly.

Introducing the new Beacon Modular Building

Available in 17 standard building sizes from 2.44m x 1.22m through to 7.32m x 3.66m with colour options of Silver or Anthracite Grey finishes.

Minimal heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer provide year-round low running costs for the building.

Buildings can be delivered and offloaded as fully assembled modules to reduce construction schedules and relocated to suit site requirements.
