Record-Breaking Customer Service

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, as well as our responsibilities as an ISO9001:2008 certified company, we at Glasdon regularly survey a sample of our customers to ensure we live up to our own high standards.

Each month a selection of customers are asked to rate our performance in the handling of the ordering process, delivery, product quality and any after-sales service they require.

This month we scored 259 out of a possible 265 - a 97.7% satisfaction rate!

Glasdon's fully-trained team of sales representatives and technical support staff is ready to assist you with product demonstrations, after-sales service and any enquiries you may have. We aim to offer ex-stock delivery for most standard products and the quickest possible lead time for bespoke orders. Products are carefully delivered by our drivers in our own fleet of delivery vehicles.
