Nexus® 100 Cup Recycling Station

The Nexus® 100 Cup Recycling Station makes collecting and emptying up to 200 used disposable cups, easy and efficient. 

The station includes 4 removable stacking tubes, collecting up to 50 cups each, an 8 litre waste liquid side pod and 8 litre general waste or mixed recyclables side pod with a choice of standard graphics.

One of the most effective ways to recycle used disposable paper cups is to ensure they are emptied and disposed of in a seperate container which stacks the cups away from other waste. This process reduces the cross contamination which leads to cups being sent to landfill and can therefore reduce waste disposal costs too.

The Nexus 100 Cup Recycling Station has been designed to support these requirements which will lead to improved rates of cup recycling.

With the help of simple graphics, the consumer is encouraged to dispose of any remaining liquid into the 8 litre reservoir side pod. This features a funnel lid to prevent splash back and a max level indicator tells you when it's ready to be emptied.

They will then flip the cup over and insert into one of the 4 large 102mm diameter cup apertures. The cup will fall neatly into the removable tube below. Any remaining fluid will be caught by the integral drip tray which can also be removed for easy cleaning.

Inside the bin, the cups are visible through an opening down the front of each tube. When individual tubes become full they are simply detached from the integral holding bracket and emptied as a neat stack using the quick release bracket.

This product is fully recyclable at the end of its life providing any stickers or graphics have been removed.
