I have given Glasdon details to our local WI who are planning to commission a bench as a memorial to a local benefactor.

Although the delivery was not something I could be involved with due to it's far location, I understand from the Riverdale Hotel where it was delivered to, everything was spot on. 3. We wanted a bench that was largely maintenance free due to it being located where we would only be visiting occasionally but annually. This bench ticks all the boxes in that regard, and the quality will stand up to any use it encounters. 4. We needed to change part of our order and this was handled very quickly and with no fuss 4. Due to it's delivery location perhaps an email confirming it had arrived would have been appropriate for me as the hotel failed to let me know, but otherwise all other communication was good. 5. I couldn't fault anything. The way me and my colleague was looked after at our initial meeting at the factory with M****** was very reassuring and professional and as I mentioned, he took a genuine interest in our story behind the purchase. It was so pleasing for us that he took time to deal with what to the company is a small purchase. M****** mentioned that you might be interested in receiving a photo or two of the bench at it's location and a small account of the story behind it with a view to putting it into your in-house magazine. 1. Service was excellent but had to deal with different departments and correct details several times. This was probably as a result of covid situation but would be nice to deal with one person throughout. 2. The person who delivered the benches was brilliant, polite and a great sense of humour. I was only given information that delivery would be in the next 5 days and was in tescos when he called to say he was at the delivery address. Luckily I could be there quickly but more warning preferred even the day would have been helpful. Also the benches were very heavy and he had no one to help him unload. 3. Very pleased with the product. As I have said i am delighted with the benches and service, each individual I dealt with gave great service too many people involved and more information regarding delivery timing would have been helpful. However all worked out well

I phoned your office and, although the order had already gone through, your rep said that she would see what she could do. She later phoned and said that she had used a different carrier, delivery would be as originally quoted and that she would send a refund which she did. Brilliant! Well done. 1. From K**** to D**** & S**** - perfect. 2. Delivery was on my terms, on a day that our factory was open. Your drivers clearly travel all over the country and we were a stop south just off the M6. 3. You wouldn't believe how happy this bin has made me, not just the amazing colour (orange) and sturdy design but the fact that I can get our factory to recycle all our plastic bags. Winner 4. Didn't need any after sales, but I'm sure it would have been perfect. This type of bin needs to be promoted across all factories as we receive 90% of our parts in plastic bags that on the whole are in branded bags and get cut open, therefore un-re-useable. Let's get the factory nation recycling their plastic bags.
