We are proud of the fact that many of our staff have been with the company for a long time. In fact, 59% have been with us for over 10 years and 27% for more than 20 years. We practice and promote open dialogue with our employees in order to continue to achieve our goal of being an employer that people want to work for.

We recently carried out an Employee Opinion Survey and the survey has proved an important performance parameter for the Group, identifying areas where we are doing well and areas for improvement.

We are pleased to report that the average score for staffs ‘Overall employment satisfaction with Glasdon’ was 76%.

The survey highlighted that some of our staff feel they would benefit from more training and development opportunities. We now aim to improve our procedure for identifying training needs and will be designing and delivering more training and development programmes.
