Employee Opinion Survey

We are proud of the fact that many of our staff have been with the company for a long time. In fact, 50% have been with us for over 10 years and 35% for more than 20 years. We practice and promote open dialogue with our employees in order to continue to achieve our goal of being an employer that people want to work for.

We recently carried out an Employee Opinion Survey and the survey has proved an important performance parameter for the Group, identifying areas where we are doing well and areas for improvement.

With a completion rate of 61%, we are pleased to report that the average score for our employee’s "Overall employment with Glasdon" was 79%.

"My working conditions are good at Glasdon", only 3% disagreed.
