We use a wide range of high-quality materials for our walk-in enclosures including glass-reinforced plastic (GRP), plastic-coated steel, aluminium and stainless steel. A number of our cabinets are also available as IP rated enclosures, ideal for the protection and storage of electrical equipment.

All Glasdon substation enclosures and generator housings can be supplied pre-assembled, with delivery on site ready for anchoring into position. The cost-effective Defender™ Steel Housing can be supplied with or without the floor, allowing it to be easily off-loaded by crane. These permanent or temporary housings are built to withstand the test of time and can be modified or relocated for future use if and when required.
