Customer Satisfaction Survey Update - November 2015

As part of Glasdon's commitment to exceptional customer service, as well as our responsibilities as an ISO9001 certified company, we regularly undertake customer satisfaction surveys.

We ask customers to rate our performance on a scale of 1-5: how we handled their initial enquiry, delivery performance, product quality and overall satisfaction with the process.

In our latest survey we received an average score of 96.36%.
