Unlike fixed-specification modular buildings (which use a defined panel system), Accord is built using a hot-rolled steel structural frame instead. This allows wall frames to be fully configured, with doors, windows, and openings able to be positioned anywhere to suit the building’s function. Whatever you envision your layout to be, Accord can make it a reality.

Additionally, Accord’s appearance can be modified to suit the aesthetic of your site. Whether it be conforming to brand guidelines, blending into an existing site’s motif, or standing out in a high-traffic area, Accord offers full visual control over its exterior. It isn’t limited to standard finishes – a wide range of cladding options are available to help achieve your desired look.

Accord is a compact but versatile single-storey building module, with a maximum footprint of 10m x 3.0m. The unit is ideal for any small external functions that require a building, such as retail spaces, pop-up stores, security gatehouses, small office suites, visitor points, or welfare hubs.
