5. The first bench showed signs of blue plastic colouring appearing. This was very disappointing as the bench was to be a memorial bench for my parents. However, after sending photos of the defects I was told that the bench would be collected and a replacement would follow. All was done without any quibbles and with great efficiency. This type of bin needs to be promoted across all factories as we receive 90% of our parts in plastic bags that on the whole are in branded bags and get cut open, therefore un-re-useable.
