Larbreck Seat is hard wearing with a high quality appearance.

The Larbreck Seat integrates well with natural surroundings. It features fully sculpted back rails giving a high degree of comfort, and incorporates curved scroll-effect armrests.

Constructed in FSC® certified Hardwood, its strong structure is hard-wearing and long-lasting. The seat is supplied fully assembled for immediate use.

Optional Memorial Plaque:
A laser etched, stainless steel memorial plaque with your choice of dedication can be supplied with this seat. It is ideal for outdoor environments and will keep its appearance for many years with minimal maintenance.
Laser etching offers greater flexibility for your message and can even include simple graphics.
When you place an order, we will produce a computer visual that will be sent to you to ensure the wording is exactly how you want it. Once we receive your approval, your plaque will be engraved as quickly as possible. The ordering process usually takes 4-6 weeks from beginning to end.

What is FSC®?
The Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®), founded in 1993, is an international, non-governmental organisation dedicated to promoting responsible management of the world’s forests. It operates a system of forest certification and product labelling to identify wood from well-managed forests.
Forests are inspected by independent organisations and certified against strict standards. To be given FSC certification, a forest must be managed in an environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial and economically viable manner.
Only forests that meet these strict standards are then given FSC certification and the timber allowed to carry the FSC label.

For Glasdon traditional seating we use only those suppliers who can prove sensitivity to environmental considerations and who purchase responsibly sourced material. All of our traditional seating products originate from FSC - certified plantations.

The product is great and as described, the customer service team (contacted twice) were very helpful. The first order took away more than 5-10 working days and I had to ring up, when it arrived it was great. Second time, product really good, the item I wanted was delayed delivery so I paid extra for the larger one which was available. Asked for urgent delivery and that was promised, however, delivery still took some 16 days from order, which was very disappointing and I received no notification before or on the delivery day until courier rang from my doorstep. My previous order from you I had a text the night before and on the day. The quality is clear, but not enough emphasis on the time it takes to get things!

After payment and many phone calls it still took a long time to deliver. The delivery driver was not given the correct information that I left with your sales team. The delivery driver was very good. 4. What after-sales service. There is room for improvement with sales team.

Our Response: Upon investigation it was found that the customer did not approve the artwork for 6 weeks. The only delivery instruction we received was to deliver on a Tuesday. We attempted to deliver on a Tuesday as requested but due to a serious traffic accident could not approach the address. Delivery was made the following week.

Your telephone staff were helpful and pleasant, just somewhere there was a glitch and without a couple of telephone enquiries I feel my order would have languished for a long time. The bench is fixed in position in our village and looks well.
