This cost-effective solution to outdoor public seating is environmentally friendly and made from recycled materials. The Duo Phoenix Seat is a compact version of the standard Phoenix Recycled Material Seat, which comfortably seats two people. Weather and vandal resistant, it is ideal for parks, community areas, shopping centres, and pavements.

Duo Phoenix Seat is robust and rustic with 100% recycled end supports and slats.

This heavy-duty seat offers durability, weather resistance and low maintenance. End supports and frame are supplied in textured Black Enviropol® Material, and seat slats are available in a choice of either Brown or Black Enviropol Material or Timberpol® Material.

The Phoenix Seat is also available as a full size park bench to seat 2 or more persons. Alternatively, we can also supply the Phoenix Seat as a single seat model.

Concrete surface fixing bolts come as standard.

Optional Memorial Plaque:
A laser etched, stainless steel memorial plaque with your choice of dedication can be supplied with this seat. It is ideal for outdoor environments and will keep its appearance for many years with minimal maintenance.
Laser etching offers greater flexibility for your message and can even include simple graphics.
When you place an order, we will produce a computer visual that will be sent to you to ensure the wording is exactly how you want it. Once we receive your approval, your plaque will be engraved as quickly as possible. The ordering process usually takes 4-6 weeks from beginning to end.

The product is great and as described, the customer service team (contacted twice) were very helpful. Only downside was the delivery as on the invoice sent about 3 days after order was placed it said delivery method 'Overnight' however didn't arrive for almost 2 weeks (10 working days). Glasdon need to realize that a lot of county councils have more than one delivery point as we cover the whole county and we get deliveries dropped off at the wrong depot etc. My only other issue is the price of your 150mm dia sign stickers for the mini-ensigns, you charge us £12.00each, we can get these for £1.20 so feel that these are a bit of a rip off.

The first order took away more than 5-10 working days and I had to ring up, when it arrived it was great. Second time, product really good, the item I wanted was delayed delivery so I paid extra for the larger one which was available. Asked for urgent delivery and that was promised, however, delivery still took some 16 days from order, which was very disappointing and I received no notification before or on the delivery day until courier rang from my doorstep. My previous order from you I had a text the night before and on the day. The quality is clear, but not enough emphasis on the time it takes to get things!

Our Response: Upon investigation it was found that the customer did not approve the artwork for 6 weeks. The only delivery instruction we received was to deliver on a Tuesday. We attempted to deliver on a Tuesday as requested but due to a serious traffic accident could not approach the address. Delivery was made the following week.

Your telephone staff were helpful and pleasant, just somewhere there was a glitch and without a couple of telephone enquiries I feel my order would have languished for a long time. The bench is fixed in position in our village and looks well.
